TODAY'S LESSON AND HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT

Today we went over (finally!) the revised rubrics for formal essays, and then discussed the early pages in A Raisin in the Sun, using the students' Serious Reader Journals as references. 

Tonight's homework assignment:

1) Make two more significant revisions in Essay 1 on Google Docs. Please make the revisions before 9:00 pm tonight.

2) Post your final polished essay on Google Docs by 9:30 pm tonight. 

3) Study for the weekly quiz on Monday.
